Long nights of partying? Undoubtedly always fun but the next day not so much. To prevent seriously bad headaches the next day, chug a coconut water before you pass out or first thing in the morning. Coconut water is very hydrating and can help prevent/cure any post party dehydration. Advil and a nice healthy breakfast should follow to help with a speedy recovery.
